Bill Hancock, owner of Hancock Construction, is committed to you...the patron. For over 24 years, Bill has built homes, along with various other construction projects, in Wahoo and surrounding communities. He prides himself as a small town builder who develops life long relationships with his clients. As a husband and father of 3, Bill understands and values relationships.

Bill is a native of Wahoo. Born and raised in a small town has taught him the importance of community. Bill is dedicated to the community. He is well known for many hours of his volunteering of his time and providing help for those in need. He is very involved in the community.

Dan is also married with 3 children. He has been in the Wahoo area for over 12 years now, he grew up on a farm north of Fremont. He has helped on the family farm his entire life, along with growing up with the values of a rural/ small town surrounding. Dan is also involved in the community and is always willing to help when in need.

Project Manager

Dan has been with Hancock Construction for ten years. He also is committed to the client. He is very detailed oriented and makes sure that your project goes smoothly to stay on schedule. He is constantly in contact with you, and the subs, at all times during the process of your project.

Dan is skilled in all aspects of any project big or small. When not involved with making sure your project is going smooth and timely he likes to roll up his sleeves and take part in the project. You will see both Dan and Bill do many parts of a project and be hands on to ensure the utmost best of quality and in detail.
